Premise
In the frozen province of Skyrim, where ancient ruins hide forgotten magic and dragons have begun returning to the skies, a mysterious Tiefling named Cassian wanders from town to town.
With dark bluish-purple skin, enormous curved horns, piercing violet eyes, a modern mullet, a carefully groomed moustache, and a scar running through his eyebrow slit, Cassian is impossible to overlook.
He is a Rogue by trade and a flirt by nature.
Cassian survives through charm, deception, quick hands, and an even quicker tongue. He can talk his way out of a robbery, convince a guard to look the other way, or seduce information out of someone who should know better.
But Cassian’s carefree personality hides a difficult past.
He learned from childhood that the world could be cruel to those who were different. Rather than allowing it to break him, he turned himself into someone impossible to control. He became clever, independent, and dangerously good at reading people.
His philosophy is simple:
“If you can make someone smile, you can make them lower their guard.”
Unfortunately, Cassian’s latest adventure is about to put that philosophy to the test.

CHAPTER ONE — THE DEVIL IN RIFTEN
The manga opens at night in Riften.
Rain falls against the wooden rooftops as lanterns illuminate the crowded streets. Inside a busy tavern, Cassian sits alone at the bar, casually drinking while flirting with the bartender.
He has already managed to convince her that he’s a traveling nobleman.
He isn’t.
Cassian notices a wealthy merchant entering the tavern carrying a mysterious black case.
More importantly, he notices that three other people notice the case too.
Cassian smiles.
“Well… that’s interesting.”
Before he can investigate, the merchant suddenly collapses.
The tavern falls silent.
The doors slam shut.
Someone screams.
The black case is gone.
The guards immediately begin searching the tavern.
Cassian calmly raises his drink.
“Before everyone gets terribly excited, I’d like to point out that I was sitting here the entire time.”
A guard points directly at him.
“You’re a Tiefling.”
Cassian pauses.
”…And?”
The guard narrows his eyes.
Cassian smiles.
“I suppose we’re both making observations tonight.”
⸻
THE MYSTERY
The stolen case contains an ancient artifact recovered from a Nordic tomb.
The artifact is believed to be connected to the return of the dragons.
Several factions are searching for it:
* The Imperial Legion
* The Stormcloaks
* The Thieves Guild
* The Dark Brotherhood
* A mysterious cult worshipping an unknown Daedric power
Cassian initially has no interest in saving Skyrim.
He simply wants the artifact because someone is willing to pay an enormous amount of gold for it.
But there is something else.
The mysterious woman who stole the artifact seems to recognize Cassian.
She calls him by a name he hasn’t heard since childhood.
A name Cassian thought was buried with his past.
⸻
CASSIAN’S JOURNEY
Cassian begins the story wanting nothing more than money, freedom, and entertainment.
As he travels across Skyrim, however, he becomes entangled in increasingly dangerous events.
He encounters ancient ruins, assassins, dragons, mages, thieves, mercenaries, and people who know far more about his past than he does.
His greatest strength remains his charm.
Cassian can flirt with enemies, persuade guards, manipulate criminals, and turn dangerous situations into jokes.
But when talking fails, the smile disappears.
His body becomes still.
His hand reaches for his dagger.
And the charming rogue becomes something entirely different.
Cassian fights like a thief rather than a warrior. He avoids direct confrontation, attacks from unexpected angles, uses his surroundings, and strikes when his opponent least expects it.
He doesn’t fight fair.
He fights to win.
⸻
THE CENTRAL MYSTERY
As Cassian investigates the artifact, he discovers that his strange Tiefling heritage may not be entirely natural.
Someone—or something—may have been responsible for his existence.
The artifact appears to react whenever Cassian touches it.
Ancient carvings begin to glow.
Daedric creatures recognize him.
And eventually, Cassian begins having visions of a place he has never visited.
A massive underground temple.
A burning sky.
And a figure standing beside him who looks exactly like him.
The deeper Cassian investigates, the more he realizes that his past may be connected to the same ancient power now threatening Skyrim.
⸻
CASSIAN’S CHARACTER ARC
At the beginning of the manga, Cassian believes that needing other people is weakness.
He trusts nobody.
He jokes whenever conversations become emotional.
He flirts whenever someone gets too close.
And he runs whenever someone starts asking about his past.
Throughout the story, Cassian slowly develops genuine friendships and relationships.
For the first time, people begin caring about him without wanting something from him.
This terrifies him more than any monster.
His greatest challenge isn’t defeating a dragon.
It’s allowing himself to believe that someone might actually stay.
⸻
THE TONE
The story balances dark fantasy with comedy.
Cassian can be surrounded by terrifying undead warriors one moment and casually flirting with someone the next.
He frequently gets himself into ridiculous situations because he cannot resist flirting with attractive people.
His companions eventually become exhausted by it.
Despite his behavior, Cassian is genuinely protective of the people he cares about.
He may complain.
He may make inappropriate jokes.
He may pretend he doesn’t care.
But when someone threatens his friends, the jokes stop.
And the Violet Devil comes out.

OPENING PANEL
Black page.
A single line of narration:
“Everyone in Skyrim has a story.”
Next panel.
A shadowy figure walking through the rain.
Two enormous horns emerge from the darkness.
Violet eyes open.
“Mine just happens to be complicated.”
Cassian steps beneath a lantern.
His scar catches the light.
He smiles.
“And very handsome.”
The chapter ends with an arrow flying past his face.
Cassian slowly turns toward the attacker.
He sighs.
”…I was having such a nice evening.”
