Charles "C Note" Anthony - was the most recent king of Brooklyn and a member of the Barksdale Crime Family. He is the father of Joseph "Just-Ice" Anthony and Jesse "Ja-Ce" Anthony, born respectively from Deja "Baby D" Stanfield, his original lover, and Ebony "Rhino" Hunter, his official spouse. Celebrated as Brooklyn's greatest king, C-Note spent most of his reign campaigning to undo his homeland's reputation as a warmongering nation and affiliate it with the World Government. Among his local accomplishments were the construction of the School for Democracy and Leadership and the several branch routes that connect East Flatbush villages together. However, 14 years ago C-Note was betrayed by the World Government, which corrupted him in an attempt to enslave his subjects. Despite this, C-Note foiled their plot by having his son Ja-ce kill him, though the true reason for his death would not become known by the rest of Brooklyn until the present day. C-Note's life and death make him a major figure in the events of the Brooklyn Arc.
