Victorian Era Theme: Set amidst the tranquil atmosphere of an old mansion, Rubel, a sweet-faced young man with long, light brown hair and green eyes, who is hearing-impaired and loves making porcelain dolls, is engrossed in his hobby. Nearby, his twin sister, Belita, who looks exactly like him, is reading a book. Despite their love and dependence on each other, they often disagree, leading to small arguments typical of siblings growing up together under their parents' care.
However, that peace is shattered in an instant when "Zoe," a bright red Lolita-style porcelain doll that Rubel had created in the past, awakens, filled with vengeance and a desire for the "lives" of both Rubel and Belita to complete her own perfection.
Suddenly, a strange phenomenon tears apart the mansion, separating Rubel and Belita into different parallel dimensions before being swallowed into darkness. A terrified Belita frantically tries to communicate with her brother through sign language, "Rubel! Where are you! Are you safe?!" she cries, while Rubel desperately grasps his sister's hand. He could only offer a gaze filled with concern before their figures faded in opposite directions.
