ToxiCITY is a cyberpunk city where advanced technology and cybernetic people are part of everyday life.
Chaos Cloud is a skilled hunter who tracks down dangerous rogue cyberpunks that cause chaos and death throughout the city. He secretly makes good money from his dangerous job.
Razar Reign is a chill but mysterious punk girl who works at a coffee shop. She’s sweet but can be serious and very standoffish, especially when people get too close. What Chaos doesn’t know is that she’s secretly Tokita Ki, the Cyberpunk Princess, a highly respected figure in the underground.
Chaos becomes fascinated with Razar and starts falling for her while trying to figure out who she really is. Razar secretly wants him too, but she’s afraid of what will happen if he discovers her true identity.
Then one day, rogue cyberpunks attack her coffee shop.
Chaos tries to protect her—only to discover that Razar can actually fight and is far more connected to the cyberpunk world than she ever let on.
