2099. Wes Korvox is a beat cop pulled into the Earth Space Regiment's intelligence division and sent to infiltrate Xortron, a world Earth is quietly annexing. What he sees there breaks his loyalty — he turns, becoming a double agent working for Xortron's resistance while still running Earth's off-world jobs as cover. Earth doesn't know yet. He is about to become the Chaos Agent.
